But i am denying the fact that some vegetables does also taste delicious when barbecued. Get yourself in front of the grill this season and wow family and friends with some of these delicious BBQ dishes. From beef ribs to grilled vegetables to pizza you can make on the barbecue, there's a BBQ recipe here for everyone.
The most important factor making the barbecued foods tasty and scrumptious is the marinade that goes into it. So today i am going to share some recipes for the BBQ to make it a scrumptious and tasty.

1. Grilled Chicken Marinated in a Southern Styled BBQ sauce
The sweet-spicy pairing coats grilled chicken using the coming season's stone fruit, brown sugar, and peppers. We like the tart-sweet flavors of yellow nectarines over white nectarines in this recipe. But yellow peaches can be substituted for the nectarines. The chipotles in adobo sauce provide the smoky heat. It's a new way to grill your chicken with ingredients that aren't hard to locate and use. You can use all the parts of the chicken, keep the skin on, or go with skinless, boneless chicken breasts if you want. With this glaze, any moisture lost should be regained. So whip out that grill and get going.

2. Yogurt-Spiced Chicken With Grilled Tomato Kabobs
Charring the cherry tomatoes adds flavour, and they still hold their shape. If you want to make this recipe ahead of time, you can marinate the chicken overnight. Serve sprinkled with cilantro if desired, along with grilled naan or Greek-style pita bread.

3. Balsamic Glazed & Barbecued Baby Back Ribs
Nothing can fulfill the defining barbecue trifecta of smoky, sweet, and tangy quite like ribs. This rendition combines a rub that features a trio of peppercorns with a low and slow cook over cherry wood. A brushing of balsamic barbecue sauce in the last half hour leaves the ribs with a glistening tangy-sweet glaze.

4. Peach Chipotle Pork With Asparagus
The chipotles in the glaze add a big kick. Seeding them allows the flavour to come through without much heat. Chipotle peppers freeze well, so once you open? a can, freeze leftovers in an airtight container.

5. Grilled Pork Chops
There are grilled pork chops, and then there are unbelievably juicy, charred-on-the-outside, rosy-on-the-inside grilled pork chops. The difference starts with using the right kind of chop, specifically center-cut rib chops. Brining keeps the chops moist while they cook on the grill.

6. Herb and Garlic Seafood Skewers
Firm-fleshed fillets, such as cod, basa or tilapia, are perfect for this grilled seafood dish. Cutting the fish about the same size as the shrimp ensures it cooks in the same amount of time. Serve with a side of mixed baby greens.

8. Grilled Lobsters With Butter Sauce
Grilled lobsters were really fantastic—the meat is tender and sweet, and with an extra brushing of lemon-shallot butter, they have a nice brightness and richness that accentuates the natural flavor of the lobster. Quickly steam the lobsters as soon as you get them if they aren't going straight to the grill.

I am pretty sure i can have this list go on a little longer but for now i decided to halt my imaginative taste bud to hold on to its horses. So dear friends please have a go with these variant of barbecued dishes and i am sure you guys will love it to the core. So as always cheers & enjoy.
